Quick Hits On BYU Game

• Turnovers! Lucky they were playing a team that couldn't take advantage.
• Running game was great. Unga is a stud, he averaged 7.1 yard per carry in the game. About time BYU blew up a small defense and punished them on the ground.
• Lucky running game was there because Max Hall was awful. Had problems throwing the ball all night, and even his completions weren't good throws. He will bounce back, but not a great trip for Hall.
• Defense was great. The bend don't break philosophy works again for the Cougars. Key plays help to shut down UNLV in the second half.
• The Mtn coverage of the game...terrible.
• The Mtn side line reporter was a joke. (Lucky her competition is the girl that was flirting with Matt Berry during all of the BYU games) Two interviews with Bronco were pointless and just hard to watch.
• Cougs in driver seat for the rest of the season. If the Mountain West Title doesn't go to BYU they should consider this a wasted season, because it would take a major meltdown for BYU not to win it.
